INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

In general, packages are shipped within the next 24/48 hours upon receipt of payment with delivery tracking number and unsigned. We will provide a link for you to follow your order online.

Shipping costs are include with the costs of handling and packaging and postage costs.

We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after sending your package, but we do our best to protect all items.

CHANGES

You can change your order for a different size, you have a period of 30 working days from the date of delivery of the order. The shipment costs for exchange merchandise must be covered by you.
For any exchange or refund please contact us through the email address hola@dombers.com or phone us +34 965 814 108, indicating the order number and items you want to exchange or return.

No change or return that has not been previously submitted to our Customer Service Department Online is not allowed. You can only make changes and returns of products purchased from our online store. If it is a different shop, please go directly to the dealer where you bought it.

RETURN POLICY

All items that you wish to return must be shipped back to us within 30 working days from the date you received your parcel.

Items must be returned new and unused. Make sure you return all items that have been shipped to you along with the shoes: original box, and shoe laces, if it’s the case.

All returns must have a Return Reference provided by us at your request. This reference is helping us to identify your return when it arrives at our warehouse. Unidentified returns may be shipped back to the sender.

The shipment costs for returning merchandise must be covered by you.

Preparing and sending the package

- Use the same package you received your order. 
- Prepare the items to be returned, unused, in their original packaging and labeling.

Packaging:

The product must be in the same condition it was delivered and must keep their original packaging and labeling. Under no circumstances we accept a product that has been used by the customer or with deteriorated original packaging.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
